The Quality Tourism Framework (QTF) is a national accreditation system for Australian tourism businesses, recognising operators that meet high standards in service, safety, sustainability and business practices.

It provides travellers with confidence when choosing accredited tourism businesses across Australia.

The QTF includes a range of accreditation and business development programs that support tourism operators committed to quality service, excellence and continuous improvement. Key programs include Quality Tourism Accreditation, the Star Ratings program for accommodation providers, and the Australian Tourism Awards, each designed to recognise and promote industry best practice.

The Quality Tourism Framework is a key industry initiative that helps improve tourism standards, strengthen business capability, and enhance the reputation of Australian tourism destinations.

This website does not represent all Australian tourism products, only those that participate in the Quality Tourism Framework administered by State and Territory licencees.

All bookings made through this website are completed directly with the operator(s). Visitors are advised to review the operator’s own terms and conditions before booking.
